Welcome to The President's Circle! The wait is finally over, and it's time to enjoy the vacation you've worked so hard for. This is Appreciation Financial's first international trip, and we're excited to spend some well-deserved time to rest and relax with you.

Welcome to the Thompson Hotel, a luxurious Madrid escape ideally located, authentically designed to put you in the sights, sounds, and flavours that define this vibrant city. Your stay with us starts on Tuesday, July 11th  through Thursday, July 13th.

As a reminder all of your transportation to and from the airport will be provided. We will continue to check in as we get closer with details on how to be prepared for your private transportation.

What to Pack:

For AF welcome events, please pack resort smart attire (i.e. polo shirts, dress shirts, linen pants, blazers, skirts, blouses, dresses, sports jackets, etc.).

• Passport and a secondary form of ID
• Bathing suits

• Comfortable sneakers

• Travel pillow
• Check the voltage on any electrical appliances you choose to bring. (Spain operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz)
• Travel adapters are being sent to all attendees!

Additional Travel Reminders:

• We’re in the business of insurance, please be sure to buy travel insurance before you depart!

• Spain (especially in Barcelona and Madrid) has its fair share of pickpockets. NEVER leave any of your belongings unattended. Travel locks are a good idea.

Check in and enjoy the city and rooftop views. We are right on the main strip of the city so there are plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Wednesday, July 12th : Excursion and Dinner
Vintage Rolls Royce City Tour

Get ready to tour Madrid in style! Enjoy a 90 minute private tour in a vintage Rolls Royce convertible, we will be stopping by all of the iconic sites around the city!

Thursday, July 13th: Departure Day to Canary Islands

We will all be checking out of the Thompson and moving over to Lanzarote, Canary Islands. Transportation has been arranged. You will receive information directly regarding your car reservation.
